TOURISM RECREATION
RESEARCH is a multidisciplinary international
journal; published thrice
a year. It focuses on research problems in various recreational
environments-ecological, economic, socio-cultural and attempts to seek
right answers for sound growth and development
with conservation.
Contributions are also encouraged on fundamental research concepts and systematics. The journal carries regular features as Reports,
Publication Briefs, Research Probe and Book Reviews.
Articles or
research papers for Tourism Recreation Research (TRR) should be in
English, unpublished and sent in triplicate. All articles are
double-blind refereed. They should be typed in double space (not on
dot-matrix printer) with margins on both sides, preferably on A4 size
paper; with a word limit of approximately 5,000 words (plus abstract);
accompanied by generally not more than four illustrations (maps,
diagrams, photographs).
Photographs
should be clear and in black-and-white, size not exceeding TRR
printscape (18x23 cm), with a brief caption. Electro/photo copies are
not acceptable. Maps should be such that allow reductions up to
one-third or one-fourth of the original.
Manuscripts should also
have an ABSTRACT in one paragraph, word-limit 250 words, a Title that is
brief, Sub-headings, but not for introductory paragraph(s). Sub-headings
should be in upper/lower case, left-aligned and generally not numbered.
